Meet Our Team

Stephanie Olds-Blodgett - President
I have worked in marketing and advertising for over 25 years. I’m passionate about my work and can’t imagine doing anything else. When I started Ad Elements in 2002, my vision was to put a team in place that would be comprised of people that were as zealous about marketing as I am. And I’ve accomplished just that. Every member of the Ad Elements team really is an expert in their field. Whether a client needs strategic media planning, social media management, strong creative concepts, or web and digital development-we can do it! I work very closely with everyone on our team to make sure we are meeting clients’ objectives. We are not a large agency, but we provide big agency services and quality. We build strong relationships with our clients; we want you to feel like our team is part of your business.
It is essential to give back to the community in which we live, work and play. Currently I serve as the Chair of the Board of Directors to the American Red Cross Southern Tier Chapter. I was one of the founders of the 20 year long Keeping Kids Warm program, and I support numerous other local organizations. In addition, we provide internships every semester to college students, including from my alma mater, Binghamton University. I am a firm believer is community service!

Jim Blodgett - Client Relations Manager
Following my graduation from SUNY Morrisville in 1981, I worked for a family-owned auto parts chain, eventually becoming Vice President of Operations. In 1998, I started work at a sales and training position in the aftermarket automotive refinishing business. During this time, I learned an appreciation for the graphic design and photography side of marketing. I continued to work in the automotive industry until I joined Ad Elements in the fall of 2003.
My experience in customer relations and business development has been put to the test developing new business and contacts for Ad Elements. I've continue to practice my skills in graphic design and photography, producing our clients' the print and digital ads. In addition to photography, my other interests include serving on the Board of Directors for the Binghamton University Athletic Club in their Student development program. I've had the opportunity to work with several student athletes as a mentor and offer intern programs at Ad Elements.
